All jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks production time. Once your order is ready to ship, The Wish Charm will contact you with a shipping tracking number.
SHIPPING
U.S. ORDERS:

Orders are shipped via USPS (first class mail 2-5 days), unless otherwise requested. If you prefer a courier other than USPS, please let us know at the time of check-out.

For USPS, deliveries will require a delivery address where packages are accepted.

Please make sure to provide an appropriate physical address, along with a phone number for package deliveries. We recommend an adult be present at the shipping location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are shipped with USPS, first class (5-10 days time in transit), unless otherwise requested. If you prefer a courier other than USPS First Class Service, please let us know at the time of check-out.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We ship domestic and international orders express with USPS Express Service. Please send us a message requesting express shipping when placing your order. Rates will be determined according the shipping location.
IMPORTANT: All international shipments are sent via USPS Global Express (3-5 business days) for a flat rate of $20 USD. Please note that The Wish Charm includes detailed documents that necessary to allow for a smooth arrival in your country, however international packages may be subject to customs fees nonetheless. We hope you understand that these charges not included in our shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to us will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for. Please be aware that discounts are included for the original purchases only - they cannot be applied to returns or exchanges of any kind. Sehti Na does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
