Since all jewelry is made to order, all sales are final, however certain exceptions can be made, Please email: info@thewishcharm.com for further assistance.Please note: only unworn charms, in their original, undamaged packaging with the unsealed label will be accepted for returns. All shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. Customers must e-mail their concern within 7 days of receiving items. The Wish Charm reserves the right to refuse any returns where the product is not in its original condition.
